Circles is a peer-to-peer learning program designed to facilitate knowledge sharing and strengthen connections across R/GA. The program's core purpose is to encourage continuous development by exploring topics in a structured, yet fun and informal way, through a "window, mirror, and door" approach.
Window: Gain exposure to new ideas and perspectives by hearing from your peers.
Mirror: Reflect on your personal thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to the topic.
Door: Unlock new insights about yourself and your work that you can apply immediately.
The program aims to support personal and professional growth by providing a safe, reflective environment for deep learning to take place. Circles create an inclusive space where new perspectives can be shared and contribute to our culture of innovation.
